Speech by Mr. Christophe, Chairman of Aurightec Group, at the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Aurightec China

Dear colleagues, dear partners, dear customers…

It is with immense joy and deep pride that I stand here today to celebrate…

the 20th anniversary of Aurightec in China.

Twenty years of hard work.

Twenty years of challenges overcome.

Twenty years of ambitious projects and shared successes.

Twenty years that have made this site a strategic pillar of our Group… at the heart of our international growth.

In 20 years, starting from a simple Sourcing office, Aurightec Asia has become the spearhead of our Group, creating a benchmark EMS with a complete range of services.

Aurightec Asia has also become, thanks to the vision of its leaders and the dedication of its teams, the Group’s centre of excellence: in quality of service, in industrial and commercial performance, and in profitability.

Moreover, the Group has begun to expand and deploy its expertise beyond China, with the promising – and already successful – opening of an operation in Malaysia.

And if we are here today, it is not only to congratulate ourselves on the path already achieved…

It is also to speak about the future.

Our ambition is clear: to activate five levers of value creation…

for tangible results in the medium term and solid prospects in the long term.

Axe 1 – Market Position

We have a unique footprint:

two continents,

expertise in several key sectors,

a diversity that makes us stronger and more attractive.

Our historical markets – automotive, industry, telecom & multimedia, medical, and energy – form our foundation.

And we are moving into new areas:

The Group is extending its activities into new sectors: maritime, rail, semiconductors, and other high-potential niches.

Aurightec is expanding commercially and in production to new territories, notably in Malaysia – where I have just visited our teams.

Our international Trading and Sourcing subsidiary, Aurightec, combines remarkable know-how with immense growth potential.

Finally, with Estonia, we strengthen our European foothold and benefit from a gateway to its markets.

Axe 2 – Efficiency and Sustainability

We are strengthening our culture of continuous improvement to:

All this… with one key goal: total customer satisfaction – our best engine for growth.
